The International Halal Product Fair — Kazan Halal Market — has opened at the Kazan Agro-Industrial Park!
The opening ceremony began with recitation of verses from the Qur’an, performed by the Mufti of Tatarstan, Kamil Hazrat Samigullin.
The fair features a wide range of food products, clothing, cosmetics, accessories, and much more — all certified to meet international halal standards and verified by the Halal Standards Committee of the Muslim Religious Board of the Republic of Tatarstan (MRB RT).
Exhibitors represent countries such as Russia, Turkey, Iran, India, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, and Senegal.
Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, stated:
“Today, halal is a whole philosophy of life, reflecting deep spiritual and cultural values, uniting millions of people around the world. Tatarstan, as a leading region in Russia in the development of the Islamic economy, attaches special importance to the support and promotion of the halal industry.”
