Halal Sushi – reality or fantasy?

The market of Japanese cuisine is very popular. Rolls, sushi are made from rice and various seafood, as well as other ingredients. Today in Kazan there are many establishments ready to offer traditional dishes of the Land of the Rising Sun, but among them there are none that fully meet the requirements of Halal.

Praise be to the Almighty, the residents and guests of our beautiful city had a unique opportunity to taste traditional Japanese cuisine in the Sushishok sushi bar, located at 55 Chistopolskaya. that the process of production, storage, use of all ingredients was inspected by an independent party, while no violations were found, the use of unacceptable raw materials or non-compliance with the processing rules we use nd machinery and equipment.

The director of the Sushishok sushi bar, Eli Kagarbekov, will tell us about the uniqueness of the Japanese Halal dishes and the difficult path to obtaining the coveted certificate.

– Eli, how long did you go through the Halal certification procedure?

– We passed the full certification of our products for 5 months. During this time we managed to eliminate dubious and prohibited products from the point of view of Islam from our production.

– What is the difference between Halal sushi and the rest?

– Many consumers have a question: what is the “halal” sushi, rolls, if they contain a fish, which in most cases is permissible in itself? Not so simple. Even the most “innocuous”, at first glance, products pass through the certification procedure: baking cheese, cream cheese, crab sticks, misosup bread and sugar rolls topping, mayonnaise, etc. Their composition may contain prohibited and harmful for use supplements that must be discarded.

– What is unique about your sushi bar?

– Sushishok is the first and only Halal-certified sushi bar in Russia. In our institution you can taste not only rolls and sushi, but also other dishes: soups, salads, pizza, desserts. We also deliver to your home and office. We will be glad to see you in our sushi bar!
