At KazanForum 2025, the Halal Standards Committee of the Muslim Spiritual Board of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Belarusian Halal Standardization and Certification Center “BelHalal” LLC (Director — Rustam Aleksandrovich Khasenevich) signed a cooperation agreement.
