A certificate was issued to the agricultural company “Ai”, that produces chicken meat.
The company produces carcasses of chickens, broiler chickens and their parts and applies a new method of fattening chickens. The product is environmentally friendly.
The slaughter is carried out according to the canons of Islam by a practicing Muslim.
The vaccination is not applied.
The company has an agreement with the Kazan City Veterinary Association.
Slaughter is carried out at the age of fifty days manually without the electrical stunning.
For immobilization in the implementation of slaughter the bird is placed in a cone.
