The Kazan Cooperative Institute at the round table discussed the issues of eco-nutrition
Today in the Kazan Cooperative Institute of the branch of the Russian University of Cooperation a round table was held on the topic “Modern cooperation of the Republic of Tatarstan through the prism of the formation of eco-awareness, production and sale of eco-products and the organization of public eco-nutrition”.
The topic of eco-nutrition today is very relevant, which is connected with the health of the nation and has medical, socio-economic and psychological aspects because it is associated with the formation of a specific thinking aimed at productive longevity and high quality of life.
It is important to understand that there is no shortage of goods on store shelves, on the contrary, store shelves are overflowing with an abundance of products, and the catering network is constantly expanding, but pharmacies and drugs are multiplying faster, and the number of people needing medicines is increasing. Mortality statistics are not at all comforting both in the country as a whole and in the Republic of Tatarstan.
And it is not by chance that the Kazan Cooperative Institute, a branch of the Russian University of Cooperation, was chosen as the place to discuss such a complex problem, since only by cooperating and uniting can one achieve some results.
Scientists, teachers, practitioners, representatives of supervisory authorities, representatives of the business community associated with this issue became participants in the round.
The purpose of the round table is to study the situation in the Republic of Tatarstan on this topic and to outline the direction in the field of ecological food on which it is necessary to take further steps.
The Deputy Rector for Research of the Kazan Cooperative Institute of the Branch of the Russian University of Cooperation Yulia Sergeyevna Valerieva made a welcoming speech. In her speech, Yulia Valeyeva confirmed the importance of the theme of eco-nutrition.
“It is very important that this topic is considered not only within the framework of the round table, but also within the framework of students’ scientific activities, scientific developments, and teachers ’research, and participation is very important because the issues that we will consider will form the basis of further research and development for further work. “
Also at the round table the chairman of the Committee for Standard Halal Marat Nizamov spoke.
In his speech, Marat Nizamov stressed that in the production of any product or the provision of any services, including eco-services, organic, halal products, certain standards and parameters must be followed in order for the products to conform to the quality that is necessary for man. Just the same in the standards should be laid down parameters that contribute to the high quality of food products.
– “The Halal Standard Committee is also involved in the development of standards. Today, for the first time in Russia in 2017 in Kazan at the Russian Islamic Institute Technical Committee No. 704 “Halal Products and Services” was registered. The structure of the technical committee includes 3 subcommittees: food products, non food products, services. The priority task is the development of uniform standards that will be applied at enterprises and organizations producing and providing services of Halal.
In his speech, Marat Nizamov spoke about the visit of the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan, led by R.N. Minnikhanov to the United Arab Emirates, where the “Halal Lifestyle” project was presented in Dubai – halal lifestyle. It includes the following areas: finance, tourism, pharmaceutical products, cosmetics , culture, art.
It was decided that this project will become the basis of X KazanSummit under the motto “Halal Lifestyle” – the halal lifestyle. Within the framework of KazanSummit, an exhibition “Halal City” was held, where halal products including eco products were presented. With this project we wanted to show how much this world view of a healthy lifestyle and the tenets of Islam would contribute to the development and self-development of man.
Concluding his speech, Marat Nizamov stressed that the halal industry in the world reached an unprecedented size of 2 trillion. dollars. The population of the earth is more than 7 billion and according to statistics, 1.8 billion are Muslims, that is, every fourth is a Muslim. Therefore, the topic of correct nutrition of Islam, is relevant, including in Russia.
Marat Nizamov answered questions from the audience and thanked the organizers for inviting me to take part in the round table to discuss the very important topic of eco-nutrition.
