The Russian Islamic Institute Hosted a Meeting of the Technical Committee

The Russian Islamic Institute hosted a meeting of the Technical Committee in the production of Halal products, chaired by the Deputy Mufti of the Republic of Tatarstan in the area of education — Rafik Mukhametshin.
The meeting was attended by over sixty Russian and Tatarstan organizations and enterprises.
The Technical Committee №704 for the first time in Russia was formed in July 2017.
The main goal of the Committee is the development and implementation of federal standardized production methods and the provision of Halal services. In the period from 2017 to 2020 the Committee plans to release fifteen national standards for Halal products and services.
