The Halal Standard Committee Issued a Certificate to Ilgiz Galiullin

The Halal Standard Committee issued a certificate to Ilgiz Galiullin, an individual entrepreneur. His company produces a variety of prepared foods: dumplings, cabbage rolls with meat and rice, zrazy, stuffed peppers, meatballs, manti, khinkali, steaks and kebab. All semi-finished products, except for four types of dumplings, are cooked manually.

Individual entrepreneur Ilgiz Galiullin has been making frozen convenience foods for more than eleven years. Since 2011, the company switched to the production of exclusively Halal products under the brand “Siylan”.

Now the products are delivered to the chain of stores “Bakhetle”, “Pyaterochka”, “Avgustina”, “Magnit”, “Auchan”, “Lenta”, “Carousel”, “Perekrestok”; “METRO”, “Zelgros”, “Essen”, “Vernyi”, as well as to many smaller networks.

IP Galiullin IG was chosen as one of the main suppliers of Halal products in catering for athletes and guests during the World Junior Universiade held in the summer of 2013 in Kazan. Since 2013 the company is a member of the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Based on the assessment of production, it was established that the conditions, technology, used raw materials, ingredients and manufactured products comply with the “Halal” standard.
