The Committee participated in the SMIIC workshop

The Institute of Standards and Metrology of Islamic Countries (SMIIC) held an introductory seminar on the activities of the SMIIC Technical Committee TC2 2 – Halal Cosmetics Program 2023.
At the conference, the Committee was represented by a specialist-technologist Salih Pateev. The meeting took place in the format of an online conference. The speakers of the event spoke about the general requirements for cosmetic products from the point of view of Islam and assessed the market for halal cosmetics.
