December 27-30: working visit to the Republic of Belarus

From December 27 to 30, 2021, a working trip of the Chairman of the Halal Standard Committee Abbyas Hazrat Shlyaposhnikov to the Republic of Belarus took place. The Chairman of the Committee visited the Minsk Cathedral Mosque, where he met with the Mufti of the Muslim Religious Association in Belarus Abu-Bekir Shabanovich, within which Abbyas Hazrat conveyed greetings on behalf of the Mufti of the Republic of Tatarstan Kamil Hazrat Samigullin.

During the conversation, Abu-Bekir Hazrat told Abbyas Hazrat about the activities of the Belarusian muftiate, as well as about the history of the Minsk Cathedral Mosque.

At the end, Abbyas Hazrat invited the respected mufti in his person of the Muslims of the Republic to the XIII International Economic Summit “Russia – Islamic World: KazanSummit 2022”, which will be held on May 19-21, 2022 in Kazan.

It is important to note that the purpose of the business visit of the Chairman of the Committee was the exchange of experience with the Belarusian body for standardization and certification “Halal” LLC “BelHalal”.

During the business visit, Abbyas Hazrat Shlyaposhnikov and Director of BelKhalal LLC Rustam Khasenevich created a document on cooperation, which involves the concentration of the parties’ efforts on creating conditions conducive to establishing constructive long-term partnerships in the field of the halal industry.

Also, according to the document, the interest of the parties is to study the sphere of the halal industry, conduct scientific and practical research in the field of production of products and provide services “Halal”, improve their quality.
