All about Halal

Islam prescribes the righteous Muslim to adhere to religious precepts. The main goal of the faithful is to keep the commands of the Most High. A true believer does only what is permitted by Allah (halal), and refuses what is forbidden by the Almighty (haram). So, halal food is all that is allowed to be eaten according to the norms of Shari’ah, Islamic law. This primarily guarantees safety and health benefits to humans. Therefore, in halal recipes there are no harmful preservatives and additives, and foodstuffs strictly comply with the requirements of storage and shelf life. Not only forbidden foods should be avoided, but also those whose permissibility you are not sure of. read more
